My Catalogs and Company Catalogs are used to create or display shopping lists. My Catalogs are for your personal shopping lists and Company catalogs are used to create or display company-wide shopping lists for your entire company.

Click the "ADD CATALOG" button to create a new catalog.
In the pop up, provide a name and optionally a description. If you would like to add the catalog to an existing catalog, select one from the list. Not, the catalog will appear after the products in the parent catalog and the parent catalog must have at least one product. The child catalog will appear as a "Category" in the parent catalog (see the image below on the right).


To remove the relationship between a parent and child catalog, view the child catalog, click the actions button, select Edit and select --- as the parent.




When view the catalog, you perform the following actions. More detail is provided for each action below.
Enter a product code or phase and click the "SEARCH" button.

To view all the items in the catalog again, delete the contents of the Search box and click the "SEARCH" button again.
Click the "Add Items" (+) button to open the Add Items Form

You can also add to a catalog when browsing and view the product catalog.


You can change the order of the items in the catalog by clicking the Reorder button. The display will change to add an Order by feature where you can either enter the order you want an item to appear or drag and drop the item.

You can chose between one of three view options, List, Grid, and Catalog.

Clicking the Add all to Cart menu item will add all the products from you catalog to the cart. Note, if there are already items in the cart, the Catalog items will be added to the cart in addition to the existing items.
Use the Edit menu to change the carts parent catalog and edit the name or description

Use the Print menu to print QR or Bar Codes for you catalog or just print the page.

If printing QR or Barcodes, use the "Barcode Data" drop down to chose what data will be used for the QR or Barcode. This determines what data is provided when the code is scanned.

You will receive a message that the page has been queued to print. And the output will be emailed to you as an attachment.


Note that when printing Barcodes they will be printed in the Avery label 94224 format.

Use the Delete menu to delete your catalog. Please note that catalogs cannot be recovered once they have been deleted.
If you have Company Administrator authority, you can copy you catalog to a company catalog of the same name.
Use the Share menu to create a copy of your catalog to share with others via email.

Your recipient will receive an email with a link to the copied version.
